We continue the work begun with the last article.
were saying that the day should be divided into three parts: one devoted to sleep, activity and a rest. Night of sleep we have already spoken. Now focus on the other two aspects.
The time spent on it, usually, one dedicated to work activities.
Our work involves us for quite some time every day and should be approximately one third of the day. The last third of the day should be devoted to rest. The fact is that this time did not quite get to be third, as if eight hours of sleep add eight hours of work, there are still eight hours to devote to: get to work, eating / cooking, washing and attend to some being done urgently, engage the family / kids etc.. etc.. The time remaining is two or three hours.
In this time we should dedicate ourselves to the rest, that's incredible, is not always the absence of activity. Rest in question would have to offset what we already do in other time. For example, people who work purely physical, you may read or engage in some creative activities like drawing or playing or other activities that involve little physical effort or movement.
However, anyone who deals with mental tasks such as paperwork, should focus more on what affects the body, such as gardening, yoga, a jog or anything that stimulates the body to renew their energies. The rest in this sense means to leave everything we do for many hours a day and do something that distracts attention and carry-over balance in our being. Does it seem interesting to see things this way?
What all this with central sleep and sleep? If we create balance in our waking life certainly sleep better and be of good quality.
Unfortunately, many times I hear people that wear more than they should because they have a physical work all week and what they do on Sundays? They go skiing or a walk of 4 or 5 hours in the mountains or other physical activities. In this way, overloading the system and physical neglect surely somewhere else instead, which would need to express themselves. And who does a job instead of a mental thing works? Maybe free time is dedicated to the long gaming sessions, creating more tension and stress in the same system. Then we learn to "rest" in the sense that we have explained and we will have a good quality of life and of our sleep.
